This 2008 Smart TwoFor Coupe seats two individuals and was once owned by actor Ernest Borgnine (Marty, The Wild Bunch, Escape from New York, Spongebob Squarepants). The vehicle has a CD player, radio, A/C, power locks, power windows, and a sunroof. The vehicle is cosmetically in excellent condition with no rust or damage but does have a few mechanical problems. This vehicle has been recently inspected and has had the crankshaft positioning sensor replaced and the fuel drained from the vehicle. The vehicle turns over but it does not start. There is also no battery in the vehicle. There is also a recall notice on the vehicle's rear insulation mat. This can easily be fixed by taking the vehicle to an authorized dealer who will replace the part at no cost. It is currently registered as a PNO (non-operational) and has a clear California title. The vehicle was donated to the Petersen Automotive Museum several years ago and is now surplus to our requirements. We have tried to state the condition of the car as honestly as possible to alert potential buyers of any known problems in the car.
